Evolve Wrestling

EVOLVE Wrestling was an American professional wrestling promotion founded in 2010 by Gabe Sapolsky, the former booker of Ring of Honor. The promotion focused on presenting high-quality, athletic wrestling with an emphasis on character development and storyline progression.

EVOLVE served as a developmental partner for WWE, with numerous wrestlers using the promotion as a stepping stone to the main roster. Notable alumni include Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa, Matt Riddle, Keith Lee, Ricochet, and many others who became stars in WWE NXT and the main roster.

The promotion operated primarily in the northeastern United States and was part of the WWN (World Wrestling Network) family of promotions. WWE acquired EVOLVE in 2020, effectively ending its independent operations while utilizing its library and relationships.
