Pro Wrestling Noah (stylized as Pro Wrestling NOAH) is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion founded in 2000 by Mitsuharu Misawa, a former All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) wrestler. The promotion was formed following a dramatic mass exodus in which Misawa led 24 of AJPW's 26 contracted wrestlers out of the company to establish Noah. Headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, Noah held its first shows in August 2000 and established the Global Honored Crown as its in-house governing body overseeing its collection of championships.
Throughout its 25-year history, Noah has built an extensive network of international working relationships, partnering with promotions including New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Ring of Honor, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling, Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, and WWE, the latter through its NXT brand. In January 2020, the company was acquired by CyberAgent, the parent company of DDT Pro-Wrestling, with DDT executives assuming oversight of Noah's operations and the promotion's content becoming available on DDT's streaming service, Wrestle Universe.
