About

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) is an American independent wrestling promotion founded in 2003 by wrestlers Super Dragon, Disco Machine, Joey Ryan, Scott Lost, and Excalibur (now an AEW commentator).

Based at the American Legion Post #308 in Reseda, California, PWG became known for its intimate atmosphere, passionate crowds, and showcasing the best independent wrestling talent in the world. The promotion has featured virtually every major indie star over the years including Bryan Danielson, Kevin Steen (Owens), The Young Bucks, Adam Cole, Kenny Omega, Ricochet, and countless others.

PWG's annual Battle of Los Angeles tournament is considered one of the most prestigious events in independent wrestling. The promotion's "PWG style" emphasizes high-impact moves and near-falls. While operating on a limited schedule, PWG maintains its reputation as the gold standard for American independent wrestling.
