Westside Xtreme Wrestling
Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) is a German professional wrestling promotion founded in 2000. Based in Oberhausen, wXw became the premier wrestling promotion in Germany and one of the most respected in Europe.
wXw has featured top European talent alongside international stars, including WALTER (Gunther), Axel Tischer (Alexander Wolfe), Marcel Barthel, and many who transitioned to WWE. The promotion runs a successful wrestling school that has trained numerous WWE signees.
The annual 16 Carat Gold tournament is wXw's signature event, drawing international attention. The promotion produces regular shows at the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen and has expanded through streaming services. wXw represents the highest level of professional wrestling in German-speaking Europe.
