Biography

Janeshia Adams-Ginyard was born on February 14, 1984, in Los Angeles, California. Of Jamaican descent, she has two siblings — a brother and a twin sister. A standout athlete at Gahr High School in Cerritos, California, she holds multiple records in events including the 300 metres hurdles, heptathlon, and relay races, and was the California Interscholastic Federation 300 metres hurdles champion during her senior year. She went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied linguistics and African-American studies with an emphasis on Caribbean culture, earning a Bachelor's degree. She is fluent in American Sign Language and serves as CEO of Hyphy 4 Christ, Inc., a faith-based organization.

Between 2006 and 2007, Adams-Ginyard was a member of the U.S. National Bobsled team as a brakeman, forming with Jamia Jackson the first all African-American female team. Drawing on that experience, she began her professional wrestling career in 2012 with WOW! Women of Wrestling under the ring name FROST The Olympian. She is also a prominent actress and stunt woman, best known for portraying Nomble, one of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Black Panther and the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and for her stunt work on both Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War.
