About

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion founded in 2019 by Tony Khan, with financial backing from his father Shahid Khan, owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team and Fulham F.C.

AEW emerged from the success of All In, an independently produced wrestling show in 2018 that sold out the Sears Centre Arena. The promotion signed several high-profile talents including Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), Cody Rhodes, Jon Moxley, and CM Punk.

The company's flagship show Dynamite debuted on TNT in October 2019 and has since become the second-highest rated weekly wrestling program in the United States. AEW also produces Rampage, Collision, and several annual pay-per-view events including Double or Nothing, All Out, Full Gear, and Revolution. AEW is known for its focus on in-ring action, creative freedom for talent, and partnerships with other promotions including NJPW, AAA, and various independent promotions.
